  • The Company has a weak financial position as a result of its decision to cheat on their emissions tests with nearly half a million TDI diesel cars.
  • Problems with the pressure intercooler on MAN trucks’ Euro 5 engines built up to the end of 2011, as they can slightly leak. If undetected, the leak can lead to residues in the engine oil and impact the lubricant quality enough to result in crankshaft bearing failures.
